Shakira's hot new hit had the largest point gain and blasted into the top 10 after only four weeks on the chart. The highest debut came from Madonna, who has released the title track from her upcoming "Celebration" album. No surprisingly, the track has one of the highest debuts of 2009, landing at #33.
