Girls Aloud (pictured) may not be a household name in the United States, but the latest THO 100 chart is proof of their popularity elsewhere. The THO 100 is based on personal charts from all over the world, which explains why Girls Aloud's single "Can't Speak French" enters the top 10 this week. It is the Girls' 18th THO hit in only six years of chart action, but this is their first top 10 hit. Meanwhile, OneRepublic continues at #1 with "Stop And Stare," while losing some ground to #2 "Mercy" by Duffy, which is beginning to see airplay in the U.S. now.See the latest THO 100 chart here.

It is a dirty shame that Girls Aloud isn't more popular here in the United States. I had turned alot of my friends onto Girls Aloud. I actually first heard about them here on this chart which i accidently found one day many years back. I just wanted to make a correction according to your chart history Girls Aloud did hit the top 10 actually the top 5 with "Call the shots" which landed in the # 5 spot.
