The top of the THO chart is pretty boring this week - the top six songs do not change positions. So we'll focus on lower down the chart, where Goldfrapp enters the chart at #39 with their new single "A&E." It is getting virtually no airplay on U.S. radio stations but the song has quickly spread virally over the Internet, and should debut on the next official U.K. chart.
